Its Trade Show Season – Are You Ready?

Its tradeshow season – are you ready?

Your trade show exhibit is a direct reflection of your company’s image.  It’s an opportunity to make a first and hopefully lasting first impression in a matter of a few seconds. This small window of time is critical to attracting prospects to your booth.  To be effective you need to create a "WOW" exhibit that attracts people and instantly communicates your message. But first you have to decide what type of display unit to utilize.

Some key questions to ask are: How much space do you have? How big is your audience?  How many shows will you attend?  How will you transport your displays to and from shows?  How much money are you willing to invest in your display? Will you invest in a custom-designed booth or opt for something light weight.  Before making this big decision you need to know a little something about what’s available out there.

Pop-up Displays: consists of light-weight folding frames covered with fabric, vinyl or pvc panels.  These kits are modular and can expand in size from 36” high table tops to 20’ or bigger booths.  The table tops are great ways to get noticed in small spaces.  While the 8’ foot plus booths are difficult to miss and come with a hard traveling case that can easily be converted into a podium stand – add a graphic wrap and hard wooden table top to completely convert the case into an integrated exhibit.

POP Fab Booths, Walls & Hanging Signs: The Pop Fab is a unique way to portray your message using high impact colour combined with sleek design. The colour is achieved via a Dye Sublimation technique that melts the colours together resulting in vivid photographic quality graphics.  The graphic is printed in one piece so there is no seam down the middle and its attached to the frame making assembly fast and easy.

Easy Wall Folding Panels: are easy to set up, fold, pack and reconfigure from table top to floor display without tools.  Easy Walls are lightweight and fit into a soft nylon carrying bag for effortless transportation. Easy Walls are fabric covered so accompanying velcro-backed display signs can easily be changed from show to show. Just add lights and a podium kit and you're ready to go.

Magnetic Panel Prints: these are ideal for events where display space is at a premium.  Each panel has a metal frame with magnets.  Connect two or more and they stand up on their own.  Interchange them with as many different panels as you like always keeping your message fresh.  These are especially good if you attend a variety of shows and need to communicate different messages.

Banner Stands & Banner Walls: These attractive, lightweight banners can stand alone to accent your booth or join multiple panels to make a back wall.  They come in all shapes and sizes including double sided, scrolling, retractable, non retractable or simply with grommets top & bottom.  Whatever you choose, your graphic will stand out.

Podium Kit: The Pop-Up Counter can be used to promote your product on its own - or better still - combine it with a Pop-Up Booth or Banner Stand Display to create a stronger presence.
